Lembaga Muzium dan Balai Seni Lukis Negeri Pulau Pinang or The Penang State Art Gallery is a comprehensive collection devoted to modern and contemporary art. The non-circulating collection documents painting, sculpture, drawings, prints, photography, architecture, design, performance, video, film, and emerging art forms from year 1965 to the present. The Penang State Art Gallery presents artworks revolving around ideas of identity, urbanization, globalisation and the environment, these works raise pertinent issues on urban living in the modern cityscape and prompt us to consider how the artists have translated their visions about these issues into works of art.

Penang State Art Gallery always encouraged local and International artists to hold their visual arts exhibitions which is located at Dewan Sri Pinang, Georgetown. As a result of this effort, Penang State Art Gallery has established a joint communication and exchange of ideas between local and international artists.

In an effort to enhance and accord prestige of our motherland visual artists Penang State Art Gallery continues to increase the permanent collections to be equal with other public and private galleries. With this effort, Penang Art Gallery indirectly gave recognition to the local artists when their artwork serve as a permanent collection and owned by the Government of Penang State. Penang State Art Gallery has appreciated the contribution and involvement of the artist in Penang through the retrospective exhibition which held every year since year 2007. Collaboration between the Penang State Museum is not only limited to artists but has also established cooperation with the higher learning institutions and also with local and international art galleries.

In 1874, the Board of Health / Health was established to administer the town of Taiping, the Board has class and has been drafted in accordance with the enhancer function Taiping City itself. Now, Taiping is the second-largest city after the Ipoh City.

Jawatan Kosong LPSVN - History of Lembaga Pembangunan Seni Visual Negara - LPSVN or The historical establishment of the National Art Gallery (BSLN) was the result of the initiation of idea mooted between 1954 and 1956 by the Malaya Arts Council, helmed by the late Tan Sri Mubin Sheppard and Frank Sullivan. According to the 1974-1975 BSLN Annual Report and the 1979 National Art Museum Annual Report, the BSLN Board of Trustees was formed on 3 June 1958. On 27 August 1958, a two-storey building at No. 109, Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur, adjacent to Malaysia's first parliament building (then known as the Federation of Malaya), was officially allocated by the government to the National Art Gallery. The ordinance to establish the BSLN Board of Trustees was given the royal assent by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong in 1959 through Act 516: National Art Gallery Act 1959.

The establishment and official launching of the National Art Gallery was officiated by the incumbent Prime Minister then, who was also the first Prime Minister of Malaysia, YTM Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj. The launch coincided with the gallery's maiden exhibition at the Tunku Abdul Rahman Hall, participated by local artists from all over the country as a manifestation of their spirit of unity and solidarity through their artwork. Indeed, the establishment of National Art Gallery was recognition by the government towards the national arts.

Frank Sullivan was appointed as the first administrator of the National Art Gallery. Being the former secretary to Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra Al-Haj, he held a concurrent position as the Secretary of the BSLN Board of Trustees until 1970. On 28 January 1987, a groundbreaking ceremony for a new building of the National Art Gallery was held at a site in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur. The construction of the new building was done through a privatisation project between the Government of Malaysia and Yeoh Tiong Lay (YTL) Company. It was completed in 1998.

On 13 November 1998, the National Art Gallery (BSLN) moved to its own building at No. 2, Jalan Temerloh, Off Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur in concurrence with the launch of the 13th Asian International Art Exhibition. The new National Art Gallery building was officially opened by YAB Dato' Seri Dr. Mahathir bin Mohamad (now Tun) on 27 September 2000.

On 26 September 2011, the Minister of Information, Communications, and Culture, Dato' Sri Utama Dr. Rais Yatim, officiated the launching of the National Visual Arts Development Board Act 2011 (Act 724), which brought about the change in name of the National Art Gallery (BSLN) to the National Visual Arts Gallery (BSVN).

Jawatan Kosong Unisza - Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin - UNISZA is the 18th public institution of higher learning, located in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. The university is a creature of the Act of Parliament known as the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971, with its constitution laid down under the Universities and University Colleges (Variation of, and Addition to, the Constitution)(Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin) Order 2010.[19][20] It is the first full-fledged university in the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia and the first university to be based on the “cluster” concept. It is also the first university in Malaysia to be modelled after University of London, United Kingdom.

The university has 3 campuses located in Kota and Gong Badak, while the campus in Besut is being constructed. The university has 9 faculties located in different campuses which offer programs in diploma, bachelor’s and master’s level as well as doctor of philosophy.

The university is widely considered to be one of the most respected Islamic-based institution of higher learning in Malaysia. It has produced thousands of graduates in Islamic studies and Sharia since its establishment in 1980.

he university was first established as an Islamic educational college known as Kolej Ugama Sultan Zainal Abidin on January 27, 1980, under the administration of the Terengganu Religious Affairs Department. KUSZA was made a statutory body with the passing of the Enactment 31/1981 by the Terengganu State Legislative Assembly. A permanent campus was built on a 350-acre (1.4 km2) site in Gong Badak, Kuala Terengganu and KUSZA began operating in the campus from January 1983.[3] The first program to be offered was a Diploma in Islamic Studies (Syariah). This has expanded to 23 Diploma programs and three Advanced Diploma programs.

On March 26, 2005, KUSZA was upgraded into a full-fledged university known as Universiti Darul Iman Malaysia and the number of programs and disciplines were extended. It began when Prime Minister Dato’ Seri Abdullah Haji Ahmad Badawi announced the formation of a new university to be established in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia. This was followed by the appointment of the first Vice Chancellor, Dato’ Professor Dr Alias bin Daud, on January 1, 2006. Through this upgrade, the KUSZA College lecturers who previously under the college-level salary scheme, were promoted into the university-level salary scheme.

With the approval from Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin on 13 April 2010, the Universiti Darul Iman Malaysia is now known as Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin effective on 14 May 2010 after the government gazette of Universiti Darul Iman Malaysia (Incorporation) (Amendment) Order 2010 came into force on 13 May 2010. The Higher Education Minister, Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said in the press statement that the change of name was made after taking into account the historical background of the institution. On 15 February 2013, the Prime Minister's Political Secretary Datuk Jailani Ngah said that Prime Minister Dato' Sri Najib Razak will announce that UniSZA will become the third Islamic university in Malaysia.

Jawatan Kosong SPAD - Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat (SPAD) or The Land Public Transport Commission was officially established on 3 June 2010 following the passing of the Suruhanjaya Pengangkutan Awam Darat Act 2010 by Parliament in May 2010. SPAD gained its full powers on 31 January 2011 with the gazetting of the Land Public Transport Act 2010.SPAD, which comes directly under the purview of the Prime Minister, brings the functions of drawing up policies, planning and regulating all aspects of train, bus and taxi services as well as road- and rail-based freight transport under one roof. SPAD also has enforcement powers which it will carry out with close cooperation with other enforcement agencies such as the Royal Malaysian Police and the Road Transport Department.

PAD will play a central role in improving road and rail-based public and freight transport in the country. The Land Public Transport Act 2010 expressly states that SPAD shall propose policies and plans in relation to or affecting land public transport, and develop strategies in line with the approved policies and plans with a view to achieving a safe, reliable, efficient, responsive, accessible, planned, integrated and sustainable land public transport, while ensuring the provision of affordable services for the carriage of passengers and competitive services for the carriage of goods. Improving public transport is in line with one of the National Key Results Areas in the Government Transformation Plan initiated by Prime Minister YAB Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak in 2009.

With the coming into force of the Land Public Transport Act 2010, the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD) takes over the functions of Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board, Department of Railways and the tourism vehicles licensing function of the Ministry of Tourism in Peninsula Malaysia. At present, the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board, Department of Railways and the Ministry of Tourism continue to exercise their respective powers in Sabah and Sarawak.

The main goal of establishment is to generate revenue to help the Council's financial resources. In addition to MSNS Holdings Sendirian Berhad, which acts as a body corporate planning, the Council has also set up another company namely MSNS Sports Management Sendirian Berhad to channel business.

Several subsidiary was established in an effort to realize its role among them, MSNS Sport Care (M) Sendirian Berhad and MSNS KC Event Sendirian Berhad (MSNS Facilities Management Sendirian Berhad). Area that bound with Jasin is Melaka Tengah (South), Alor Gajah (West), Muar, Johor (East) and Tampin, Negeri Sembilan (North). Jasin was divide into 20 mukim.

Almost 75% Jasin geographical is land because it is under 50 meter height and suitable for plantation. There is a dam in Mukim Jus, Jus Dam which providing water for people. Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia - Malaysian Scouting Association - PPM is an organisation for boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 17, based in Malaysia. It is part of the global Scouting movement and a member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM). It was established and officially regulated by an act of parliament through the Scouts Association of Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1968.

Scouting in Malaya (now Malaysia was first introduced in Penang in 1908 as an experimental troop in YMCA before spreading throughout the entire peninsula.

In 1974, Datuk Syed Hashim bin Abdullah was awarded the Bronze Wolf, the only distinction of the World Organization of the Scout Movement, awarded by the World Scout Committee for exceptional services to world Scouting. Other recipients include Tan Sri Kamarul Ariffin bin Mohd Yassin in 1983.

A Junior Scout's uniform consists of a short-sleeve (girls wear long sleeves) grey shirt, with two pockets with buttons on the left and right breast, the official neckerchief, the forage cap, navy-blue pants, the official bronze belt, navy-blue socks and black canvas shoes with laces. A miniature Malaysian flag is stitched on the right breast pocket and the Tenderfoot badge (analogous to the same-named first rank in U.S. scouting) stitched on the left one. The neckerchief, with red, white and blue stripes, is worn about the collar, fastened with the official woggle. The forage cap has a badge with the Malaysian Scout emblem on one side.

On the left sleeve are one's patrol's name and merit badges. On the right sleeve is one's state, district, and troop number. The advancement badge is sewn below the troop number when a Junior Scout earns it. Depending on a Junior Scout's rank and/or badges, he/she may be allowed to wear a lanyard.

A Senior Scout's uniform is the same as the Junior Scout's except for the position of badges. The King's Scout badge is worn on the left sleeve, five centimetres below the patrol badge. On the left sleeve is one's patrol's name, and one's advancement badges. The Senior Scout's have up to five advancement badges. Once taken, the Senior Scout will go on to become a King's Scout. The King's Scout badge is worn five centimeters below the patrol badge in place of all five Senior Badges.

A Leader's (Rovers/Scoutmasters) uniform is the same as the Junior Scouts with the exception of the badges sewn and the epaulets worn. Rovers wear red epaulets while Assistant Scoutmasters through the Chief Scout wear blue epaulets bearing different symbols. A Rover Crew may make its own Crew emblem and the one can sew it on the right sleeve below the Crew Letter. The advancement badges for Rovers are worn on the left breast, below the Rover badge, while the miniature King's Scout Badge is worn on the left sleeve.

The first 100 units of MODENAS motorcycles were then paraded in the 1996 Merdeka Day celebrations and the sales of MODENAS Kriss, the 4-stroke, 110 cc moped began in November 1996. Hardly one year after sales commenced in the domestic market, MODENAS launched its product in the international market on October 17, 1997.

MODENAS' achievements, from the first day the idea was mooted until the day the first model was introduced to the local market and then to the international market, were achieved through the sheer dedication and hard work of the management team and all the staff of MODENAS.

MODENAS motorcycles are distributed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, EDARAN MODENAS SDN BHD (391388-P).

Modenas achieved its 1,000,000th unit production in June 2007. Currently Modenas is exporting its products to 13 countries worldwide with Greece being the largest importer.

Known as the Small and Medium Industries Development Corporation (SMIDEC), its aim was to develop capable and resilient Malaysian SMEs to be competitive in the global market.

The establishment of the National SME Development Council(NSDC) in 2004 presented yet another chapter in SME development in Malaysia.In 2007, the NSDC decided to appoint a single dedicated agency to formulate overall policies and strategies for SMEs and to coordinate programmes across all related Ministries and Agencies. SMIDEC was tasked to assume the role and the official transformation into Small and Medium Enterprise Corporation Malaysia (SME Corp. Malaysia) commenced on 2 October 2009. SME Corp. Malaysia is now the central point of reference for information and advisory services for all SMEs in Malaysia.

The airline has its headquarters on the grounds of Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang, Selangor, in Greater Kuala Lumpur.Malaysia Airlines operates flights in Southeast Asia, East Asia, South Asia, Middle East and on the Kangaroo Route between Europe and Australia. It operates transpacific flights from Kuala Lumpur to Los Angeles, via Tokyo.

The story of Malaysia Airlines started in the golden age of commercial air travel. A joint initiative of the Ocean Steamship Company of Liverpool, the Straits Steamship of Singapore and Imperial Airways led to a proposal to the Colonial Straits Settlement government to run an air service between Penang and Singapore. The result was the incorporation of Malayan Airways Limited (MAL) on 12 October 1937.

On 2 April 1947, MAL took to the skies with its first commercial flight as the national airline. Fuelled by a young and dynamic team of visionaries, the domestic carrier turned into an international airline in less than a decade.

With the formation of Malaysia in 1963, the airline changed its name to Malaysian Airlines Limited. Soon after, Borneo Airways was incorporated into MAL. Within 20 years, MAL grew from a single aircraft operator into a company with 2,400 employees and a fleet operator using the then latest Comet IV jet aircraft, six F27s, eight DCs and two Pioneers.

In 1965, with the separation of Singapore from Malaysia, MAL became a bi-national airline and was renamed Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA). A new logo was introduced and the airline grew exponentially with new services to Perth, Taipei, Rome and London. However, in 1972, the partners went separate ways. Malaysia introduced Malaysian Airline Limited, which was subsequently renamed Malaysian Airline System and took to the skies on 1 October 1972. It was later branded Malaysia Airlines and continues to be the country’s national flag carrier.

Malaysia Airlines achieved a significant milestone in 2012 when it received its first Airbus A380-800 followed by a historic Malaysian record on 1 July 2012 with the launch of its A380 scheduled service between KL International Airport and London Heathrow.

On 1 February 2013, Malaysia Airlines became a full-fledged member of oneworld alliance and is now connected to some 850 destinations in 150 countries across the oneworld alliance network.

The airline holds a lengthy record of service and best practices excellence, having received more than 100 awards in the last 10 years.
