Jawatan Kosong PAIP - Pengurusan Air Pahang Berhad (PAIP) officially was founded on February 1, 2012 through corporatisation of Pahang Water Supply Department (JBAP) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pahang State Government. With corporatisation of JBAP, the State Government officially hand over the operation of the treatment, supply, clean water and collect revenue from the sale of water that were previously managed by JBAP to PAIP.

PAIP has been licensed by the National Water Services Commission (SPAN) as operator of water supply to the State in accordance with the provisions of Act 655 (Water Services Industry Act 2006). With it, PAIP function provides clean water supply services is satisfactory in terms of quantity and quality to consumers with the most economical way to meet the needs of social and economic development of the State.

In addition, PAIP is also responsible for the planning, development and management of Water Supply System State in addition to billing and collection of water supplies on behalf of the State Government of Pahang. PAIP also acts as an advisor or consultant to the Pahang State Government on matters involving water supply industry.

Malaysia Airports Berhad was incorporated in 1991 when the Malaysian Parliament passed a bill to separate the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA) into two entities with different spheres of responsibilities. DCA remains the regulatory body for the airports and aviation industry in Malaysia whilst the newly created entity, Malaysia Airports Berhad is to focus on the operation, management and maintenance of airports. In November 1992, Malaysia Airports Berhad was duly licensed by the Minister of Transport Malaysia to carry out its function as the airport operator.
