Jawatan Kosong PNSB - Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the State Government and was incorporated on October 15, 1990 under the Companies Act 1965. PNSB began operations on 1 December 1991. authorized capital is RM100 million and paid-up capital is RM24 million. PNSB was formed to acquire the operations of commercial projects Selangor State Secretary (Incorporation) (PSKS) or SSI. PNSB also implement development projects involving PNSB own range of activities primarily real estate development and other services such as insurance and property management (agriculture) is through its subsidiaries.
