Jawatan Kosong PNJ Johor - Perbendaharaan Negeri Johor - PNJ or Johor State Treasury role in planning, managing and implementing financial policies and budgets to the state’s financial position is strong and socio-economic growth and the rapid distribution of the benefits of equitable development in the state of Johor.
Johor State Government Administration was first established in 1855 , when Temenggong Ibrahim opened in Cape Town Iskandar Princess Princess . When the State of Johor is a state booming with business activities produce pepper and gambier . City Centre Tanjung Puteri placed to facilitate the collection of taxes , which at that time controlled by the Temenggong .
Iskandar Puteri City has changed its name to Johor Bahru in 1866 equal to 12 Shaban 1282 Hijri year following the declaration by the Temenggong Abu Bakar Maharaja Johor . At the same time three Department has specifically created the Johor Temenggong Office , Office of the Coming King and the Office of the State Secretariat , also known as the Office of the Chief Minister .
Johor State Treasury was first established in 1873, is headed by a Treasurer . Position in the Treasury were added in 1886 with the establishment of the Internal Audit Department and later , in 1894 employment was extended to appoint Financial Officer or Cashier .
Statement of Johor Government Fund was first published in 1899 which reported revenue and expenses . In 1901 , the Treasury has been given a new name , the Treasury and Revenue .
Functions and strategies
- To ensure that financial management at central level agencies and implemented efficiently and effectively while providing quality financial disclosures quickly and orderly the Johor State Treasury has planned the following strategies:
- Developing and providing financial policies and a balanced state budget
- Oversee and ensure that state revenue reaches a maximum
- Control and effectively manage the State Government investment
- Controlling the State Government borrowings with the Federal and State Government loans to Local Authorities and Statutory Bodies
- Monitoring and controlling state spending to prevent waste and fraud
- Operate and manage the business efficiently allocated to departments so that the Government hopes to enhance basic services in a timely manner
- Overseeing the store management departments and agencies as well as regulate the disposal of state assets through effective systems
- Provide advice to departments and agencies on all matters related to financial management
- Taking action to coordinate , monitor and obtain feedback and to ensure follow-up was conducted on Audit comment
- Enhancing the skills of members of the department including information technology and communication and leadership
- To establish and develop information systems and ensures that information flows effectively move to help the financial management of the state administration
