Jawatan Kosong Risda - Pihak Berkuasa Kemajuan Pekebun Kecil Perusahaan Getah or Rubber Industry Smallholders Development Authority - RISDA is a federal statutory body under the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development Malaysia ( MRRD ) was established in January 1, 1973 . establishment of the Authority in accordance with the Rubber Industry Smallholders Development 1972.
With the establishment of RISDA , creates an organization dedicated to guiding the smallholder sector towards development and economic and social development , RISDA will determine the country's natural rubber industry is stronger and stable .
The government sees the importance of a policy and strategy for the development of the smallholder sector RISDA established .
As mentioned earlier, RISDA is responsible for all aspects of smallholder development . This includes modernizing smallholder with full research results and technical advances in rubber cultivation and processing, and thus work with MARDEC provide an efficient marketing system for smallholders . But most importantly is the new attitude and the modern concept of the smallholder sector according to the situation today
