Jawatan Kosong MTEM - Majlis Tindakan Ekonomi Melayu (MTEM) is organization representing 47 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) at the national Malay economy. There are about 120 organizations at the state Malay economic NGOs also come under the umbrella MTEM. Established national platform is among the first of its kind in Malaysia and also represents more than 500,000 business Malay.

1. Personal Assistants to Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Responsibilities:
- To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organizational, and logistical service to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), helping him to manage and prioritize his time and schedule.
- Responsible to manage the CEO’s Office & schedule.
- Responsible to manage CEO’s financial matters.
- Responsible to manage CEO’s personal matter related to office.
- Responsible to manage all communication, verbal & written representing the CEO Office.
- Involve in MTEM events, programs, projects and activities.
- Responsible to ensure good documentation and record keeping practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication (English and Malay) skills and ability to professionally represent the CEO’s office.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize others.
- Able to work long hours (extra hours).
- Have good command of computer office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and be flexible as part of a small team.
- Attention to detail and deadlines.
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, including during difficult or challenging circumstances.
- Ability to prioritize and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work periods.
- Confident and able to work on own initiative and with limited supervision.
- Ability to filter information and assess priorities.
- Trustworthy, honest and dependable.
