Jawatan Kosong MBI - Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh - Ipoh City Council declared by the Sultan Azlan Shah Muhibbuddin Almarhum Sultan Yussuf Izzuddin Shah Ghafarullahu’s is under the Local Government Act 1976. Is the third city in Malaysia after Kuala Lumpur and Penang. Building of Ipoh City Council (MBI) was built in 1985 and inaugurated by His Royal Highness Sultan Azlan Shah on 8 November 1996.

Qualified Malaysian citizens invited to fill the vacancies at Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh as follows :

1. Pembantu Penilaian W17

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen;
  
• not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
  
• Malaysian Certificate of Education or its equivalent qualification recognized by the government and credit in Mathematics at the examination, or
  
• Real Estate Appraisal Certificate which is recognized by the government of the National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
  

2. Penolong Pegawai Penilaian W27 Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen;
  
• not less than 18 years on the closing date of the position;
  
• diploma in property management or property management recognized by the government of institutions of higher education or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
