Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferably in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences or related field.
- At least 8 - 10 year(s) of working experience in training & development or equivalent.
- Familiar with conducting manpower audits, Job Evaluation, Job Description, organization structure review and/or HR Matrix will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal & written and able to communicates professionally and effectively.
- Highly professional, well presented, with ability to interact comfortably with all levels within the company.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Project Management, Real Estate / Property Management, Asset Management or related field.
- At least 8 - 10 year(s) of working experience in construction, renovation and infrastructure project management.
- Proven record of managing projects on time, quality and on budget.
- Experienced managing medium to large scale infrastructure projects regionally.
- Proven experience in an outsource vendor environment, specifically in service delivery and or developed experience working on the customer side of an outsourcing relationship.
- Excellent communication skills, both in verbal & written and able to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Highly professional, well presented, with ability to interact comfortably with all levels within the company.
- Must have knowledge, experience and preferably conversant in using software tools for design such as AutoCad or similar.

- Degree in business admin/marketing or any related field from a recognized university. Candidates with Master will have added advantage
- Minimum with 8 years working experience in the business development area or any related field
- Knowledge of business and management principles, good project and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, leadership, decision making and problem solving.
- Strong communication skills, emotional stability and initiative.
