Jawatan Kosong JPA - Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam - JPA is a government department that plans, develops , and manages human resources for public services . In other words , the department is as if the Human Resources Division in a private company . Starting from October 1, 1998 , JPA implementation of MS ISO 9000 and recognized by the quality system on August 21, 1999 .
Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia started as Malayan Establishment Office in Singapore on August 22, 1934 . With the formation of the Malayan Union in 1946 , the office moved to Kuala Lumpur . Federal Personnel Office then formed on July 1, 1954 through the merger of the Malayan Establishment Office , Branch Office Services Secretary, and the Establishment Division of the Federal Treasury .
In 1967 , the Federal Personnel Office to change the name to the Office of Personnel Malaysia August 15, 1968 and then renamed again to the Department of Public Service . The name of this department has been maintained since that time.
