Johor Petroleum Development Corporation Berhad - JPDC was incorporated on 9 April 2012 as a federal agency by virtue of being a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Petroleum Resources Corporation (MPRC).
JPDC was formed as the result of The Prime Minister, YAB Dato' Seri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak's announcement at the Economic Council Meeting on 13 February 2012 declaring that the oil & gas development project in Pengerang, Kota Tinggi, Johor as "National Project of Strategic Importance".
Strategic cooperation and collaboration between both the Federal and State Governments is key in ensuring the success of turning the State of Johor into a Sustainable, World-Class Downstream oil and gas hub. This cooperation is reflected in the composition of the Board of Directors of JPDC with equal representation from relevant Federal and State government agencies and co-chaired by the Chief Minister of Johor and a Minister from the Federal government.

Manager - Planning
Requirement:
- Degree Civil, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Urban Studies/Town Planning, Construction Management or related disciplines
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Has an eye for details and meticulous in enforcing high standards of contruction planning works
- Good skill in primavera and MS project including Microsoft Office tools
- Exposure to mixed development project
- Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
- Familiar with contract law, pre and post contract administration/documentation
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skill
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberport Johor Bahru.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Requirements
- Degree in any related field.
- Project management professional qualifications such as PMP / CAPM certification an advantage.
- Minimum five (5) years of working experience preferably in a mix of international, local and GLC / government environment.
- Must have working experience either in program management, project management, management consultancy, corporate planning, jobs related to analysis or implementation, and preferably in the areas of infrastructure roll-out, process improvement or change management.
- Proven organizational skills.
- Proven track record on delivering project and results.
- Experience in formulating and reviewing business cases preferred.
- Intermediate skills in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel and MS Project required
