Jawatan Kosong AIM - Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia is a private trust body in Malaysia which was established on 17 September 1987 through instrument AIM Agreement and registered under the Trustees (Incorporation) Act, 1952 amended in 1981 (Act 258). AIM establishment organized by Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) and funded by the Malaysian Islamic Economic Development Foundation (YPEIM), the State Government and the Centre for Asia Pacific.The objective of the establishment of AIM is to reduce poverty in Malaysia through production financing efforts for the poor in rural areas to finance the activities of the small-scale income. 

History of AIM development is closely related to the establishment of Grameen Bank in Bangladesh. This success prompted the establishment of banks by Prof. Ikhtiar Project. David Gibbons and Assoc. Associate Sukor Kasim from USM in 1986, which eventually evolved into AIM.

1. Pegawai Eksekutif Komunikasi Korporat & Promosi

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • Required skill(s) : People handling and Motivation, Customer Business Development, Promotion and Advertising Activities, MS Access, Adobe Illustrator.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
  • 2 Full-Time position(s) available. (Kedah & Sarawak)
  • Priority will be given to candidate with a Cooperative ('Koperasi') background.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment and wiling to work extra hours Can work until late night or during weekend and during month end and year end closing.
  • Wiling to relocate and Wiling to travel at any state in Semenanjung Malaysia & Sabah, Sarawak

2. Pegawai Eksekutif Jualan & Pemasaran 

Requirements:
  • Holds a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business or related qualification equivalent of IPTA / IPTS recognized by the Government.
  • Communication skills and speak and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English with good and excellent.
  • Skilled use of computers in the affairs of daily work and Mic proficient in Word, Excel and Mic Mic PowerPoint.
  • Will be placed in the highrise. Candidates will be appointed by the Friends endeavor Retort Sdn Bhd (a wholly-owned subsidiary, Cooperative Effort Trust Malaysia Berhad).
  • Always positive, developing and can work in a team. Honesty, trust and integrity in all business trips.
  • Experienced at least 3 years of experience and has worked or experience in Sales and Marketing of food plants is an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure and to perform tasks within the prescribed time and can work in an environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physically attractive, gentle and able to transmit information about the company and products with the right company.
  • Ability to work overtime and can work outside the peninsula Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak.
  • Can drive and have a valid driving license and own vehicle has.
  • Priority will be given to candidates aged between 29 years and above.
3. Pegawai Operasi & Penolong Pegawai Operasi Ar-Rahnu 

Requirements:
  • Has a Bachelor / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Management and so forth.
  • Have experience of at least 3 years in matters of governance Islamic Mortgage Bureau (Ar-Rahnu).
  • Skilled and Arif in assessing the quality of gold.
  • Skilled in the test, verify, check and ensure the quality and authenticity marhun.
  • Can speak in Bahasa Melayu and Bahasa Inggeris.
  • Can lead subordinates and have a bit of experience in the field of management.
  • Willing to work overtime if asked and are willing to work out the area if necessary.
  • Able to work under pressure in achieving the organization's direction and under minimal supervision.
  • Honesty, trust and integrity in all business trips.
  • Experienced and can provide a complete account. (Full Set Account) is an advantage to the candidate.
  • Will be placed in Jerteh, Terengganu.
4. Eksekutif Kanan Akaun 

Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Have professional accounting qualification, ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, MIA will be an added advantage
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Have experience in Audit Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
  • Have experience and Knowledge in Goods and Service Tax (GST)
  • At least 4-5 years working experience in managing cost accounting / factory controlling functions which include, but not limited to product costing, inventory management, variance analysis and reporting.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SENAWANG, Negeri Sembilan. Will be placed and appointed by Sahabat Ikhtiar Retort Sdn Bhd (Subsidiary under Koperasi Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia Berhad).
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Wiling to learn, responsible, accountable and have a positive attitude, have presentation skill with all level.

Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’ s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree, Finance / Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Have professional accounting qualification, ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, MIA will be an added advantage.
  • Have experience in Audit Manufacturing will be an added advantage.
  • Have experience and Knowledge in Goods and Service Tax (GST)
  • At least 5-6 years working experience in managing cost accounting / factory controlling functions which include, but not limited to product costing, inventory management, variance analysis and reporting.
  • Required Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Wiling to learn, responsible, accountable and have a positive attitude, have presentation skill with all level.
  • Pleasant personality and able to comunicate effectively.
  • Excellent Experience in Account Manufacturing.
  • Wiling to travel within Malaysia but Applicants must be willing to work at SRI DAMANSARA
